In training and dieting the days and workouts and meals and snacks blur together into a bland redundant blah. The best part of my day is my strawberry post-workout shake. I'm elated because my cardio is over, at least a meal and snack are out of the way, half my water is consumed and the workout has given me that pump of adrenaline. Then this beauty comes roaring out of my gear bag and ahhhhh. Sweet creamy goodness. When I'm not restricting my carbs this is pretty nasty, but with limited sugar or sweet-anything, this is manna from heaven. I try to savor it, but the angry beast that just repped out chin-ups wants the nom nom.
Here I pay tribute to the whey protein, RAW-berry, muscle building goodness.
