So now it's time for ...
(in my head i heard, "...Silly Songs with Larry." I digress.)
...a little about me:
I know with Internet crazies out there I need to be careful, but something as personal and defining as a daily photo project will be a bit revealing, so I've come to accept that. That being said, if you're a crazy please don't stalk me. If you don't know me, don't try to contact me outside of this blog. Feel free to comment here as much as you'd like.
Enough of the disclaimers for now.
I'm into fitness. I'm into discipline. So my dietary regimen is animals and plants, with a huge side of water! I take in some grains but rarely and only in moderate, carefully measured and timed amounts. My fitness/lifestyle program is more successful this way.
How do I know? Years of trial and error.
I LOVE photographing food. Love it! Food is interesting and one of the most behaved subjects I've worked with, far better than people. Also, people tend to get fussy when you get hungry and try to eat them after a shoot. Food doesn't. It welcomes your hunger and responds accordingly.
This is my Parmesan and Rosemary Crusted Tilapia
Don't be impressed; I'm not that fancy. It came in this new set up, unoriginally similar to the shake and bake style packages from my youth. (You remember, "It's Shake-n-Bake and I helped.") You just add the fish or chicken or pork chops; shake and bake. Done. It's in the cheese section of your local grocer. I'm in love. I bought all 5 varieties. My favorite is the chili lime flavored, but this is dinner tonight.
Don't be jealous. It's easy and ready to go for the next couple of days. Intermittent with some chicken and a variety of veggies or atop a spinach salad. YUM!
